If baji999 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player may be under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending receipt and review of satisfactory proof of age. Verbal commitments, partially entered bet slips, or bets not yet processed by the baji999 system do not constitute accepted bets. baji999 is not liable for any technical failure that prevents a bet from being placed during scheduled event time.

baji999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, data feed error, or human error. Where a Player's account is closed due to confirmed breach of Terms, any real money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds) that cannot be attributed to prohibited activity will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

Players who wish to close their own account may do so at any time by contacting baji999 customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Players who have requested self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons should not attempt to re-register during their exclusion period — baji999 will honour all self-exclusion requests and will not knowingly permit a self-excluded Player to maintain or open a new account during the exclusion period.
